Contractor, Construction Business Owner, Project Manager, Superintendent, and Quality Control Construction Manager. Has a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He conducts site visits, reviews construction documents, and evaluates the status of construction projects. Recommends solutions for projects to be completed on time and within budget. Experiance in commercial, government, and residential projects.
Hourly rate plus expenses
All work is charged hourly rates plus expenses. Work performed under agreement with expenses being verified by receipts, work data records and other supporting documents. Provides proposals and requires deposits prior to commencement of work under contract.
